My housemate and I had our first ever snowboarding lesson today, at Alpine Snowsport Centre, Southampton.
The instructor said that we did really we’ll and we’re progressing really fast. He said after one more lesson, we’ll be ok to go on the slopes alone. We need to learn how to use the lifts first (as they were out of order today). But then we can buy a 30 day pass for £30, and...

Just checking my facebook and two main bits of news caught my eye. First, a British solider got ran over then kill with a machette in Woolwich (by London) - probably terrorist attack apperently. Then in Portsmouth, an elderly lady was stabbed in the face during a robbery..

No sleep-in for me
Was looking forward to sleeping in this morning but no, my body decided to wake me up on pain… I hate being a lady sometimes.

It’s getting ridiculous how many times we’ve spoken to them. The police won’t do much as it’s in our house. Besides, I’ve already threatened to call the police if I ever smell weed in the house again.

I keep getting a sharp pain where my ribs meet, at the bottom of the breastbone. I don’t know why. I thought it was acid reflux but I took some antacids and it hasn’t helped. My mum said it might be a pull muscle so I’ve taken paracetamol and I’ve put a hot water bottle on where it hurts. I think it’s helped a bit. But I still keep getting sharp pains. I think...

Really not feeling work this weekend
I have a bad feeling I may be getting ill. Hopefully it’s just a mixture of hayfever, tiredness and slight dehydration from the heat. Please pray that I’m not getting ill, I have plenty of uni work to get done.

Holland here I come!
Booked my plane tickets today to spend two weeks in The Netherlans in July! I will be staying in Flevoland with my aunt and uncle. The aim is to learn to speak more fluent dutch. I’m praying this works out as I hope and that my stomach doesn’t cause me too many issues.
